Genuine Makita battery with charge indicator. I bought 3 because my original batteries were several years old and no longer holding adequate charge. Very happy with performance so far. There is no indication this is a Makita" product. There are no "Makita" markings on the battery case. I suspect theses are more of the lesser quality after market batteries. It's an outrage that they are advertised as "Makita", and shown as Makita in the photos, but not labeled that way. Time will tell if they are any good or not. I answered yes because they are recent arrivals and have no performance opinion yet. Shipping was well over the mentioned 4 days. It was more like 10 days.
