I bought this item on Ebay in Nov 2015. good price, Etc... I have an extremely large outdoor antenna on my 8th floor balcony facing West, with a preamp outdoors near antenna! and other equipment and the power supply indoors! which is also connected to my old SAT Receiver, with SAT Dish on balcony also! which is great for pulling in weak distant TV Stations, two of them are about 50 miles away! but the antenna signal is to strong for the local TV channel, which is only 3 miles away! plus with the SAT Receiver hooked up, I get a lot of extra noise and snow, like watching the old analog TV stations, in the old days! when I hooked up the above item to my equipment properly, it has fixed most of those problems easily and inexpensively etc... now I can watch local TV Channel, along with distant TV Channels! it has also cut down on the noise and snow considerably, when watching SAT Channels as well!
