  • Great for repairs and steep roofs

Great gun! You will definitely want to invest in some batter batteries. But overall it performs well for a cordless roofing gun. It's not to be used for lots nailing, but is perfect for small repairs and when your on a steep roof! I wouldn't try to nail 15sq's a day like a air powered gun. But is perfect for nailing a few shingles or even up to a few bundles

  • Time Saver, Reliable Performance

Time Saver for Roofing shingles. I had to do a barn in an isolated area with no electricity for a compressor. This cordless was an awesome time saver. Make sure you buy roofing nail coils. not individual nails.

  • great, except

works as it should, except the roll of nails is a bit large for the drum. i had to cutt of 10 percent of the nails to get the roll to fit in the drum. I did use dewalt brand nails. once i trimmed the roll of nails worked great! i can just feed the rest in when needed.

  • Cordless Vs Pneumatic (Justify Cost Difference)

Great not to drag the hose around, a little heavy but for the convenience its worth it. I use it to put up signs in the words, climbing trees without the hose pulling is worth the cost. Battery last long time. Pricey but worth the money.

This is a handy nailer for smaller jobs. Slightly heavier than a pneumatic model, but is much quicker than hand nailing when doing little jobs like ridge replacement.

  • I bought this nailer brand new and it didn't even 6 coils of nails and it quit working, same experience I had with 3 different dewalt framing nailers,

    Definitely not worth the money,

  • Qualtiy, convenience, credibility.

I bought this so I could build a second garage. I wanted to work through the winter and didn't want to worry about air compressors, tools, or air-lines freezing. I have an entire collection of DeWalt tools, and I trust the quality and reputation.

  • Cordless is great!

So much easier to deploy without the need for power, extension cords, pneumatic hose, and compressor. Shoots reliably and accurately (after I got used to it). Used it to help build a house in a rural area in Mexico and it performed flawlessly.
