Excellent Garmin 1st Time User
This is a great fitness smartwatch. It keeps track of my walking steps and biking, heart rate, calories burned, intensity minutes, stress level, body battery, sleep (although I am not sure the sleep is totally accurate). A very nice devie from Garmin. Easy to set up the app on your smartphone. I also bought some generic bands and face plates so it is fun changing the look of it. I bought the lilac/purple Garmin cause that is my favorite color but it is nice changing things around once in a while. You can also check things on the watch itself if your are away from the app. It even has a do not disturb option that you can set up so that the light doesn't bother your while sleeping. I have really small wrist so it is on the third from the last spot on the wrist band, wrist bands are all very nice and comfortable. Try one, I really think you would like it.
