Right ear bud powerless.
The right ear bud would not power up. Didn't know that when I followed the directions to pair and connect. Contacted JLab to see if they could help me with connection/pairing. That's when they figured there was an internal batter malfunction in the right earbud, They sent me out a new pair which work fine. Pleased with the sound and functionality of the app.Would have give 5 stars had the original pair worked. JLab Gets it Done
I have often purchased JLab products because of their sound quality and their reliability. I am using these wireless headphones for work. The sound is fine, but sometimes it's a challenge to get the bluetooth to work with my Windows computer. (This is more of an issue with the computer than the headphones.) Ear hooks are too long. They don't keep the earphones on my ear BUT, they do stop them from falling off completely.

A Model That Meets An Important Need
Good airbuds for the price offered by the vendor (purchased used/ refurbished). I feel that the price of new ones are too high for their sound quality; some of the lesser-priced ones from JLab have a better sound, especially in the lower frequencies. These particular airbus fill a need I have due to their "wraparound the ear" construction...they will stay put while mowing, trimming, and doing other work that may cause others to fall out. People who vigorously exercise should certainly consider purchasing this model. I have yet to put the ANC option to a true test, and I am hopeful they'll cut out a sizable amount of noise from my lawnmower and power tools. I'll sacrifice a little sound quality for lower chances for them to fall out my ears and the chance/opportunity of noise reduction....I'll use my other JLab buds for carefully listening to music when there's a low chance of them going missing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
