Don't appreciate being forced to buld new system to upgrade operating sytem just for tax software
Made for user, not maintainer. Hard to get to nuts and bolts. Auto installation of driver for laser printer would not work. Multiple mail accounts difficult to add. Not intuitive. Messages make it sound impossible. Have to search internet for answers. Microsoft help not helpful. Should tell you that once you make a Microsoft account you will not be able to log in to your computer when it is offline if you have forgotten the password. Internet is unreliable here. Like to be able to use computer without it being online. Harder to get to programs through menu. Don't like all the hidden stuff at the edges that comes and goes. Don't like not being able to right click on email to delete. Have to take hand off of mouse and find "delete" key on keyboard. Seems like a step backward in functionality. Guess I'll have to keep my w2k machine going for word processor, CAD and video capture for making home movies.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Only install lanugae option was English UK
