This was an exact fit replacement. Including shipping it was about $10 cheaper that the same brand item at the local auto parts store. I was amazed how quickly it arrived. Installation was made a lot easier by watching a couple youtube videos. I suspect the reason I had to replace it is that the local oil change facility didn't use anti-freeze washer fluid. After the mercury dropped to 23 below the old one froze and cracked. In the future I won't those oil change yeahoos touch the washer fluid.
