I expected the valerian root to be a complex of different ingredients but it isn’t and that’s all right. I continue to take it until I can try another brand. This valerian helps me sleep.
Taking these valerian capsules have changed my sleep for the better. I have tried other brands and strengths and they helped some but when I tried these I found out that I need a stronger milligram. With the other brands I wasn't getting enough of the valerian to get the rest I need.
