I prefer this style of ear plugs
Where I work, they supply ear plugs, and we're required to wear them in many situations... But, they stopped buying these "mushroom" style plugs...which are the ones that least bother my ears. Other types irritate my ears much more. So, I decided to just buy a supply of this style with my own money. They're good ear plugs.
