Great battery life!
I have owned most of the high end Blue Tooth Headsets & have been please with most. But, I am especially pleased with this one. The battery life is MUCH better than the others, a real bonus. The connection is clear with no distortion. The range is about 30 feet, about all you can expect for bluetooth. Another nice feature is the rubber ear piece can be used without the over-the-ear loop, at least on my ear. This reduces the time it takes to put it on your ear and is more comfortable. One somewhat annoying item, though....when checking voicemails on my iPhone6, the bluetooth beeps five times rather slowly before playing the message. The delay may be only 8-10 seconds, but is annoying when you are trying to speed through multiple voice mails. Annoying, but not enough to prevent me from giving it an EXCELLENT rating. Without a doubt, the very best bluetooth headset I have ever owned. I would but another and fully recommend this to everyone.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent quality
I have owned several Bluetooth devices, and people were often complaining they couldn't hear me. After spending several hundred dollars total trying to find a better one, I finally decided to try the Sennheiser, since I am familiar with their reputation for sound quality. I am totally impressed with the quality! The battery life is unbelievable. After wearing it for a few hours, I check the battery life and it still tells me 8-10 hours of talk time. Other devices I have used boast 3 hours when fully charged! My only complaint is the comfort of the earpiece. Great sound and great features.
I was looking for a replacement of my Bose blue tooth headset and settled on the Presence based on reviews and Sennheiser reputation. As much as I love it I do have one critique on fit. Great sound bad fit
The sound quality if very good background noises do not interfere with the quality of the call, easy to use and pairs quickly. The problem I have is the ear bud is large and my ear opening is to small, after about a hour my ear is sore. The round area the tip fits onto doesn't fit into my ear and the tip is to short to fit into the canal, if I lean over it falls out and off my ear.
