The product performs very well. The difference in the speed/operation of the MacBook where 2 of these chips were installed is extreme. The MacBook was almost unusable and frustrating before these chips were installed. Now it is very fast and a pleasure to use again. Although PC3 chips are recommended for the MacBook, these PC3L chips are compatible and work perfectly. I would highly recommend the products.
