This cream has saved my feet and my heels. No question. I use it at night about 2x a week, apply moisturizer over it, and sleep with socks on. I don't rinse it off and I have no irritation issues whatsoever. I walk barefoot a lot and exercise and I have always had "rough" feet. I really love this product and have been using it probably three years now. (I also apply it around my finger nails when the skin get rough and rinse it off after an hour.
