My dog apparently loves the crunchability of the Visio remote, not a desirable quality. Still the replacements work just as well as the original. What I most appreciate is that I only need to put in the batteries and it is ready to use. No time consuming trying to figure out what the instructions mean and go through numerous steps to get it functioning. The remote works great. The only issue and this is a user error. If you push a button on the front of the remote at the same time as you press a button on the back of the remote nothing will happen.
