I got mine a month ago, and so far I'm very pleased with it, battery life is as expected, about 8-9 hours of standard work/browser activity, and it goes down to about 5 hours when gaming. boot times are very short (barely noticeable). And overall performance is great. The laptop only heats while charging, and is otherwise cool (doesn't feel different than the room temperature). The only downside is the ssd which is only 256 gb, on my end I solved it with an external mechanical hdd. But I believe there is another port for adding an internal drive if necessary. Very recommended by me.

Good laptop, but there is something wrong on the right bottom of the screen. Whenever I try to close it, it look like a rock drop on water surface. Besides that, there is no problem with the computer. It's refurnish item anyway, so I satisfied with what I paid.

There is a big problem with this laptop. It shuts down randomly. Sometimes I can start it up and it will be fine for a while. Other times it shuts down and it takes multiple attempts to restart it as it continues to boot up and shut down. I sent it in for repair. Repair said no problem with laptop. Repair reinstalled the operating system. That did not solve the problem. Strongly urge you do not buy this laptop. Google Acer laptop shut down and you will see this is a persistent problem.
