For Vee (or tire rim brakes) these are simply the best for assuring a rapid stop. The pads are a softer, faster wearing compound than any other I have found. They work well enough that I am often concerned that I might be having an "over the handlebar" experience. I use these brake pads on both electric tricycles and bicycles that I build.

Spent a few extra dollars for these but well worth it!
These brake pads actually stop my bike, and they stop on a dime! I had previously purchased some cheap Chinese pads thinking they were all the same. You actually get what you pay for when it comes to bicycle brake pads. If you want pads that actually work and stop your bicycle buy these. If you want to cheap out and have non functional brake pads then buy the Chinese pads.

Recommended by another reviewer, he was right. salmon pads, which are a softer compound than black pads, give more feel while braking. There's less chance of skidding. They'll still probably last 1000's of miles, depending on how much you use your brakes. Just remember to keep your rims clean!

Best ever brake pads, after I noticed the trick to installing
These are directional brake pads right and left specific. And have the 2 1/2° toe in adjustment built in As a flared trailing edge. So mount them flush to the rim. What a time saver not having to shim the trailing edge.

Great pads, made a huge difference in stopping power on my old Mongoose mountain bike from the 90’s. These pads even cleaned the old pad residue off of the rims. I definitely recommend these pads and would buy them again.
