Lightweight and Maneuverable
Excellent suction power. Love the maneuverability. It is my go to for a quick cleanup. I love the way the handle drops and allows me to vacuum under couches, etc. so easily. I have a Dyson canister vacuum and thought I would use the stick vac. for quick cleanups and my canister for deeper cleaning. Great vacuum
This is my third Dyson vacuum and they are all great I have an upright animal that I bought in 2001 and it’s still very reliable, then a V6 cordless and the battery lasted two years before I bought an aftermarket one and it still works very well and now I bought this V10 with the torque drive. I’ve only had it for a week and a half but so far it’s been very good none of my Dyson’s has ever broken down. So far I recommend Dyson products they are well-made and worth the price paid especially as I get older I need portable strong vacuums without lugging around a cord.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Vast improvement over my last Dyson V6 model.
Compared to my V6 Slim this V10 is much more powerful with optional power and suction settings I can get optimal cleaning on my 3 different floor types! It cleans my high pile shag carpet, and does a perfect job of my tile and laminate floors. When it’s full it is so simple to empty with the single action ejection bin! Great little vacuum

Excellent product, worth the money
I got with the 20% off promo which made it an even better deal. I was torn between this and the V8 and buying the soft roller brush separately (because I have mostly tile and hardwood floors), but took a risk on the V10B with torque drive head. Turns out the torque drive head works extremely well in hard floors and gets all the large debris I need it to catch (ie. rice, crumbs, large dust clumps, dirt from outside...haven't really tried with whole Cheerios or fish crackers, but I can switch heads or use my hand for those rare instances). It picks up lots more fine dust that my previous Hoover stick vac didn't get. I also couldn't imagine having any less suction or a smaller dirt bin, so I'm glad I paid a bit more for this model. All in all, I'm glad I invested in this model and would highly recommend it if you cannot stretch the budget for a V11.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Beats my old V6 by A LOT!!
I had a Dyson V6 prior to upgrading to the V10. I loved my V6 and I was blown away by it. But alas, the V6 motorhead gave out so I had to either by a new V6 motorhead, or upgrade. I chose to upgrade and I'm so glad I did! It's insane how much more powerful it is! You literally feel it stick to the floor! It also switches modes quickly and easily. I use the medium setting for my floors, but I have carpet on my stairs, so the Max setting is better there. That said, My stairs NEVER looked this clean with my V6! It's actually amazing! For mounting and charging, I put the charging station where I had my V6's charging mount and it's just as convenient. Feels very sturdy and moves fluidly. However, the section where you plug the charger into the mounting bracket was jammed on mine. I wasn't sure If I was going to break it, so I spent time looking online to see how you're supposed to "unlatch" it... Turns out mine was just stuck and needed a push. Recieved Broken
Looked like a brand new product but when when my wife tried using it she wasn't impressed by the power. I gave it a try and noticed that there was a large hole near the top of the unit. I couldn't register the product online and I had to call Dyson directly for registration and repairs. The unit has been out for repairs longer than I've owned it.

Convenient light and lots of suction. Picks up tons of dog fur and dirt.
I bought a knock off last year and it’s horrible. This vacuum pulled so much dirt out of my carpets and it’s light and easy to use. I have a bad back and can’t move a heavy vacuum around. Works great. Wish I ordered the animal one tho for the power head foe the furniture but it’s still great !
