Disappointing on this legendary brand for the first time
Sadly I have to give this a 2-star. As I work in the multimedia IT industry, I became aware of the legendary status of Jabra on their enterprise industrial grade headsets. Their bulkier one with a booming mic def works well in the office, this true wireless earbuds is a huge disappointment. Perhaps I got a lemon, my left earbud has a constant slight static noise that is noticeable to me and my other call participant on the other end of the phone call. This is consistent when I’m at home, at work, where signals from cell carrier were perfect. And use it for call while driving, forget about having a conversation. The other side would hear my audible voice very crispy but the background tunneling effect is very evidence and distracting. Again I have had high hope for this “4-mic” and “noise reduction” (a step down from noise cancellation), now that hope is squashed and have to return this.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Disappointing quality of sound and features, but lightweight
In terms of sound quality: The earbuds are good for a phone call or podcast, but the quality of the sound for music is marginal. My old Bose earbuds that were not true wireless had much better sound quality for music. In terms of comfort: Maybe my ears are not designed for these earbuds, but they feel like they might fall out, and sometimes they do! I have tried all 3 sizes of rubber adaptors and none are terrific. In terms of overall performance, this is also only marginal. Sometimes they cut off calls for no apparent reason, sometimes they don't easily connect to calls, and sometimes sound only comes out of the right earbud. And lastly, the app is not very good. Great Wireless Earbuds that Rival Airpod Pros
Product is exactly as described. The sound is really good for wireless earbuds and they fit really well in my ears. The passive noise cancelling does really well to drown out the noise of my open office layout. Good quality sound. Great value for the price
Pairing with 2 devices was very easy however sometime the phone doesn't recognize the earphones until the phone is reset. (that could be a phone issue) The battery life is more than adequate considering I don't listen to music more than 7 hours at a time. The only issue I have encountered is complaint from people when talking on the phone. They said they have difficulty understanding me. The voice is not clear especially when exercising outside. Looks beautiful and the sound is great. 3.5 hours of usage battery totally out, it does not hold the charge as to what it claimed 7.5 hours. As for the case cover, I will be lucky if I could get 12 hours from it. I could get a cheaper earbuds and have longer battery life, very disappointing..I might have gotten a mal-function item, will try to buy one more and hopefully the battery will last as long as it stated.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works as described, but poor sound quality
I had a great experience working with the seller, so this is not a knock. I firmly believe they refurbed the product to the best of their ability, and this is a decent price for earbuds this caliber. But the earbuds weren't for me, so I returned them. Notes about the product: -Earbuds and charging case arrived exactly as expected. -The charging case is lightweight and works great. The package does not include a USB-C charging cable, so you'll want to pick one up if you purchase this product. -The earbuds charge quickly and seem to have a decent battery life (2-3 hours? I was admittedly not keeping super close track) -The sound quality is unbearably tinny. Playing around with my phone's EQ didn't help much. Given the steepness of the (heavily discounted) price, I had much higher hopes. I imagine these would be alright for phone calls or podcasts, but they were highly disappointing for music.Verified purchase: Yes

I bought these based on the reviews regarding sound quality, ease of use, and the ability to stay put at the gym. The sound quality is bass heavy which I enjoy but not overwhelming and is adjustable as almost all the reviews point out. Ergonomics and ease of use are outstanding and intuitive using the phone and your digital assistant(Siri, Google) is as easy gets and easy to pick up. I feel the physical size of these is just about perfect. They don't protrude from your ear like so many other earbuds and stayed in place for me at the gym without once repositioning them.
