I bought this set only to use the remotes with my EVO-ALL to increase the distance and have feedback from the car, until now I only have used the ALL with my factory car remotes.
So I have not used the EVO-ONE module itself, the ALL can be bought with a prefab cable, which is pretty easy, the ONE has only a bunch of wires so you have to cut/solder the original wires in your car, that is not easy to do, even with the correct drawings.
The remote set should have worked easily, activate it with the flashlink, connect the antenna, and learn the remotes. But for some reason it did not work at all, as soon as I learned the remotes, the factory car remote wouldn't start the car (remotely) anymore. Also the new remotes did not do anything, even though they were recognized, beeped and the ALL relays were clicking like normal. It looked like the decryptor got disabled as soon as the remotes were programmed. I had to reflash the ALL 7 or 8 times and kept trying with same and different order, and in the end suddenly it worked, even though I did the same routine (wrote it down every time) as the first time, Spend a couple of nights though.
The 2 way remote unfortunately only gives feedback that the ALL received the signal, not that the car indeed has started. You still need the factory car remote to be able to drive away, so the lock/unlock and trunk buttons are not really of use to me, I even rather would have the possibility to disable them, wouldn't want to accidently unlock the car from a mile away, better could have just bought the single button remotes.
Great kit, strongly recommend, not for novice installers.
Easier than some others due to the AWESOME T-Harness, but still requires tracing down/splicing into several wires and deciphering a diagram that isn't entirely correct. You absolutely want to buy a Flashlink as well, It's a must. As long as it stays reliable, it'll be my most favorite kit I have ever installed by far.
