Disappointed
We already have the Thumper mini pro II and it has served us well for two years but the switch is shorting out. We thought that this replacement would be just as good considering it is the new model. Under power and over heats.
For the money it’s weak and it shuts down after 20 minutes and you have to wait 20 more minutes then you have to disconnect the power before you can start it again. heat buildup

Had a Brookstone massager like this that lasted for about 20 years. Time finally ended it's job and am glad that I found the Thumper. Quiet, lightweight, and wonderful. HOWEVER, is NOT as strong or optionable as the Brookstone. If I had one druther, it would be to give this 2 more faster speed options and stronger, harder pads.
