Straightforward and just works
With an IOM6 this is a great shelf to use any type of SAS or SATA drive. If you're using an IOM6, you can ditch any interposers in the disk trays -- they're simply not needed. Otherwise it spins up great, low power usage, and does exactly what it needs to do.

Works well so far during testing. There was a screw in one of the drive trays. Don't think it caused any damage to the backplane but the drive itself got a bent pin due to it. Pickup location was a bit out of the way, but not terribly so. The employees were helpful and friendly.
