Colling light stopped working second day.
The green light for cooling stopped working the second day after AC arrival, so we returned it right the way. First day it was on for many hours in our living room house of 1300 sq feet 3 bedroom 2 bath. I did installed both houses through window and followed instruction to the letter. The living room itself is not that big for such smaller size of house, it brought the temperature from 89 down to 80 from in 7 hours, and it could not go lower no matter what .... I live in Orange CA, am not sure if the degree of humidity plays role, but the reviews I carefully read before purchase, spoke about the effectiveness which seems to be reported perhaps from different more humid areas. if you want more effective unit and don't mind the installation my suggestion is Ductless Mini Split INVERTER Air Conditioner (Pioneer or Fujitsu - very quiet, way more effective than any central AC and way more cheaper to use it). If you want quick solution go with window AC unit 8000 to 12000 BTU. I have one in garage Kenmore 12000 BTU) and it's amazing.
