Excellent leather care product
I've been using Connolly Hide Care (sometimes marketed as "Connolly Hide Food") for years. It's a simple but very effective formula of lanolin and white spirit that keeps leather soft and stops it cracking. I've used it on car seats, motorcycle leathers, shoes and other items. The only thing you have to watch is that the white spirit does evaporate easily and the top of the container must be kept firmly closed, or else you will be left with a rather hard and unusable residue after a few weeks or months.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good stuff
Use a little and often. Yep its expensive but I have used it for 25 years and 20 on the same car. It works and it leaves nothing that gives a hint something was applied to seats. There may be other really good products out there but why fix what is not broken. One jar will last years. They say "use a little and often" It does replenish the oils in good leather and thus it keeps the cracks away and it makes stains less likely to be absorbed, easy to apply and a nice fluffy terry towel will buff off the excess. Fast on fast off. My only concern is i would not suggest it for perf seats as will probably fill holes a bit as its like a soft shoe polish are firm cream. When I found it it was suggested by Rolls Royce for maintaing Connolly Hides. Was called Hide Food.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
