Good product and lots of fun to play.
The ukulele has a great sound. This particular one came to me with a buzz sound on the first fret. I had a luthier look at it and he found the second and seventh frets were too high, causing the buzz problem. I called Kala and let them know and they were very gracious but I elected to have it fixed by the luthier. I also called Total Music Source and they too were willing to make it right. I love the sound (minus the buzz) of this uke so I wanted to keep it. Kala is a great company, I have a tenor uke which I love the sound of and enjoy playing.
