It does a job of cleaning out your gut. I actually can feel a push in my stomach when i take it which isn't the most desirable feeling. But the product works. I read a review that it gives you arthritis. i have felt some knee pain. And some discomfort in my wrist when active. So i believe it is true. But sometimes that's what tomatoes and potatoes do also. Because everyones gut bacteria is different it is sometimes very hard to find probiotic that works for you. This is only probiotic commercially available that I know of which has any butyrate producing bacteria in it. All other probiotics contain lactate producing bacteria. When you take antibiotics, they kill off your butyrate producing bacteria and your colon eventually becomes deficient in butyrate. The only ways to remedy the situation are to take butyrate supplements and to take probiotics with butyrate producing bacteria in them. So, I do both.
