thermal premium compound grease
very large hard grains in this thermal grease - so cannot be applyed in a thin layer. Macro grains instead of nanoparticels and that in the top product of the manufacturer!! When applying on a large area the surface even of a CPU will be scratched. I had the same problem with the HY880-it´s the same product. When applying on a small processor which is of pure silicon the part can be damaged or destroyed. Can´t be recommended.
