Doesn't it seem strange, and perhaps foolish, to directly apply aluminium-salt-based deodorant & anti-perspirant to a lymph gland under your arms! Nivea is a quality brand, but I can't find this line of products in the US. But I don't mind buying from the EU. It's likely higher quality anyway. Just do it soon, before the tariffs are imposed!
