light duty
These brackets are not "heavy duty". I compared with similar (more expensive) brackets at Lowes. These ones are obviously made of thinner metal, and weigh about 33% less. I would not trust these brackets to "support 100 pounds". They flex upon applying force with my hands. The similar (more expensive) brackets at Lowes do not flex. If you want light duty brackets, these will serve your needs. Just don't expect them to be heavy duty, as advertised.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cheap material
These brackets are NOT heavy duty, they are made of cheap tin, these can be dangerous if weight is put on them, they barely support the shelve, I took my down and thew them away, go to Home Depot and get the good ones its worth the trip.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
