A great deal in my situation. I highly recommend it if you need a coded PCM
By reflashing the VIN and odometer data I was able to swap this into a Stratus that had a dead PCM. My big concern was weather or not the (SKIM) security key stuff was going to cause a problem. It worked perfectly and started right up and has no issues. It saved all the hassle of getting the car someplace where a dealer style scan tool could program the data and make it work. In diagnosing my bad PCM I got a $20 PDM from a stratus that had the same engine and transmission but wa not the same serial number. I plugged it in and the car started right up. And then shut right off, after two seconds due to the SKIM anti theft coding. Once I had proven to myself the PCM was the cause of my No Crank issue I purchased this part since it was cheaper and easier to have it sent to me than for me to try and reprogram a possibly incorrect part. I figured the $20 was my diagnostic cost to myself. They shipped the PCM very well protected and quickly and made it a nice easy repair. A bit of a pain to diagnose but easy to fix. Thank you.
