High Priced But Works Well
In my family we use this for everything from sore muscles to tummy aches and headaches. It has a higher concentration of the active ingredients than most other over-the-counter products: Camphor 10%, Menthol 16%, Methyl Salicylate 50%. I suffer from restless leg syndrome, and I do notice that I experience less kicking when I apply this to my legs and feet prior to going to bed. Not my 1st Choice for serious sprains or bruses.
Woodlock is fine for just normal eveyday soreness from overworking muscles. However, so is Tiger Balm and a few other things. For really bad aches from torn muscles Red Flower Oil works better for me. Mind you this is for soreness or aches from over doing it on your workouts. I haven't found it to do anything for real pain from injury, such as over doing it on the Muk Jong or sparing with a careless partner.
