The best 24 hour waterproof eyeliner pencil I've EVER used.
This is the only waterproof eyeliner that I've used for the past 15 years. It is pliable enough to smudge and then sets solidly once it dries. It is a most excellent product that unfortunately is very hard to find. It is such a huge mistake by NYC products to discontinue this eyeliner and this color!
