My Google Pixelbook Go has only two ports, both USB C. This adapter gives you the other port types you might need. It does not support charging pass through from the adapter USB port back into the computer the way some more expensive adapters do, but having two built in ports to work with I do not miss that feature. I particularly like the way the dongle cord retracts completely when not in use.

Great product if you need something to connect a laptop to a monitor and gain a USB port. This will still find a use, but I realized after buying this that my monitor has usb ports on it that I forgot about. Keep in mind this dongle may not be needed for everyone and you could save money on a usb c to display adapter. This is reliable device. Sleek profile that doesn't up much space.

The product is very good portable. Its lightweight design and retractable cable are great. The monitors that have HDMI and DP work excellent. The ethernet port is useful since my computer no longer has it. In some moments the monitors connected by VGA present disconnections and image failures. As a separate note, I would have liked an 4G LTE slot and another USB port. But this would have implied that it requires external charger. At the moment everything is fine and works excellent.
