Beats EP headphones.
Beats EP are very responsive "old school" headphones. No folding hinges, no batteries for active noise cancellation. simple SS sliders for adjustment and light weight. These were sold "as is" with the tip of the jack torn off. This in an unfortunate common failure of new lightweight 1/8" wired headphones where the user forgets the headphones are on and pulls away from the sound source. Cutting off the old plug, checking the wires for continuity to the speakers (35 ohms) and soldering in a new jack was all that was needed to get them working great once more!
