Great value, second set no regret
These are great sounding Bluetooth headsets with the price gotten here its a great value now. Bought to replace my 760s that died due to a pool incident, these are more comfortable,look nice and sound better. The 810s were tinny sounding,jbl didn't help the unit at all I'll stick with these until the 1100s get more budget friendly, the batteries last all day. Normally a good headset
I had this exact headset before. They worked great. Crystal clear sound. Was excellent until my dog chewed them up. I couldn't afford a brand new pair so I bought these. They are the exact model as my chewed up ones. The headset arrived past the expected arrival dates. I get the headset paired to my phone and make my first call to test them out. I was asked why it sounded different. So I tried another call. Same thing. Not good sound. The ones I had before worked so good no one could tell I was using a bluetooth headset. These are complete opposite. I guess overall not bad for the price, but when I get the chance, I will buy these brand new from a store. Not here.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

The HBS 770 has more pluses than minuses
The Good: Good sound and deeper bass Good-looking Dual MEMS microphones for great call clarity Reads my text messages to me with Tone and Talk for Android No wind-up cord mechanism to fail The Not So Good Earbud stowage magnets weaker than the 760 so they tend to get knocked loose when not in use The top main buttons are frustratingly difficult to feel and find. Seriously lame. I'd read other reviews with this criticism and it's true. Almost impossible to feel with a glove on but you sort of get used to hunting for them with your fingers. There is only a slight bump to feel and very little actuation motion so you have very little feedback to know if you've found or actuated these buttons. Not a deal breaker but curiously stupid that LG would have missed the boat on just this one feature. Everything else is pretty good though. I think they are a great value for the $20 I paid used. Aside from the weak stowing magnets and hard-to-feel activation switches, I recommend them. Behind-the-neck designs are great.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

It’s just a matter of time...
The product worked really well at first, but in no time started having issues. First, the audio control on the headset stopped working; it wouldn’t increase the volume, just decrease. You’d have to use the controls on your phone to do either. Then the audio on the left side stopped working. It’s just a matter of time before the right side audio goes out as well. The headset would also call the last number dialed without you initiating the call. That could be a problem for many reasons. I’ve only had this product a few months. Durable, reliable and long lasting battery.
The magnetic ear bud storage on this particular model works perfectly! Very reliable! The length and durability of the cords are also perfect for me. All of the command prompts and information are in easy to understand plain American English. You can tell the product is genuine by the type of housing and design. Amazing sound but could be better
These headphones are absolutely amazing when it comes to sound and calling features. Music is loud and easy to control with easy access buttons on the headset and call are crisp. The only issues I find is that once the battery starts getting low the connection gets shotty and starts to static. Also u can't walk more than 5 ft seems like without your phone or u will lose connection. Works as advertised
Up front, I am quite happy with these. They work fine for my purpose which is listening to pod casts from my phone at work. I like the fact they block out ambient sounds and the battery life is excellent. They are plenty loud and and seem quite robust. I haven't listened to much music but I would not say the sound is stellar. A little hollow. My biggest complaints would be the magnets that hold the buds are very week and the controls are not very tactile or intuitive.
