Item was in good condition for the price. Only issue was that they included the battery harness (a plus), but the bag opened during shipping and the screws and nuts went inside the unit. I had to disassemble the unit to retrieve them thinking they came lose from the inside; and then could not figure out where they came from. The seller provided the answer. After that, had an issue with setting the new battery install date on front panel; needed PowerChute via USB to set battery install date.
