Great, but with reservations. Read my review.
We like everything about the vac except the cliff sensors. The cliff sensors prevent the vac from cleaning our area rugs dark areas, which is virtually most of the rug, so it never cleaned it. I had to research online how to override the cliff sensors (which are active to prevent the vac from falling down stairs, which we don't have) by covering them with reflective paper and taping the reflective paper over them. Check it out for yourself on YouTube. It won't clean properly otherwise. Dreametech (Xiaomi Home App) should have built an option into the mobile app that allows for the disabling of the cliff sensors for those of us who don't have steps or have one level homes. Perhaps they will with future firmware/software updates. We shouldn't have to "Mickey Mouse" modify these expensive, high tech robots to force them to do what they are designed to do - CLEAN OUR FLOORS. C'mon Dreametech/Mi Home/Xiaomi - you apparently did not test these under real conditions!

Best robot vacuum I’ve ever used
I’ve been using robot vacuum for many years. I have one from iRobot but it’s loud and always get stuck randomly so I don’t like to use it anymore. I’m looking for a smarter robot. I bought the iRobot i6+ and hoping it will be good. But very disappointed. It’s just like my old roomba bump into walls, table legs and any obstacles and get scratches. Map doesn’t really help with obstacles like chairs or cat toys. It’s hard to believe a $800 machine doesn’t have Lidar. Finally I found this one. I’ve been using it for all my floors. Vacuum is good and quiet. I really like it. It avoids obstacles so I don’t need to hear those bumping sound anymore. It’s super easy to empty the dirt bin. I used to have to pick up my roomba and hold it to clean the trash bin. This one is so much convenient. Mopping it’s also good. I used in my kitchen and it cleaned the dirty spot pretty well. Map generation is real time which is really cool to watch. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. The only issue with it is the software don’t have ways to handle mirror yet. When the Lidar scans the mirror it consider the mirror as extended space of the room causing the inaccuracies in the map. However this is something that can be fix with software updates so I’m not worried. I highly recommend this product! It’s worth the money!

Great vacuum.
Our floors have never been so clean. I'm moving furniture around so the bot can clean there too. It does clean under the higher off the floor furniture already. Still working with the App to work out all the bells and whistles. Wife loves our bot too.
