I originally called the nearest GM dealer parts dept. $56 for this latch... I purchased this one here and it is just as good as the OEM part, which I had previously replaced. If you need to replace your latch, there is zero reason to pay retail when this is the same quality for a fraction of the price! Replacing it literally requires removing 2 Philips screws.
