I bought this book because I wanted to get in shape for my wedding in three months. It's a good book and it has many varied exercises. It targets 'problem' areas and helps tone up areas that are of most concern with today's wedding gowns (i.e. the upper body, arms etc). My only complaints are that a few of the excersies may be difficult for people who aren't used to exercise yet, and you have to go out and buy a big excersise ball, free weights from 3-10 lbs, and one of those step things. Its a lot cheaper than a gym membership for sure, but if you were just looking for exercises to do without any equipment, this isn't the book. Overall its a great book though and if you can get yourself into the schedule of working out a few times a week I think it would produce good results.
I love this book. I am on week 16 of 24 and i have gone from an 18 to a very loose 14 so far. my goal is a size 9/10. i'm very confident that i'm gonna make it. the only recommendation i would make would be to up the cardio if you are not new to fitness. in 16 weeks ihave been able to loose that which took me 4 years to put on. i'm so excited about it.
I love the book so far! I have had friends do it and it turned out very well for them so lets hope it helps me too!
I haven't had the opportunity to use the book yet, but in paging through and glancing at it, it will be very helpful the closer I get to my wedding day.
