Package came undamaged, although it could have been packaged better to prevent any damages that it could have received. Came in with a super thin bubble wrap bag and a box that didn't cover the computer module completely. Other than that, I'm glad I bought this. It works. All I need to do is get it flash because the anti-theft system is preventing the vehicle to start.
