Typical small transistor radio that works well & fits in shirt pocket
For it's size it sounds like the typical small transistor radio. No trouble hearing it or understanding the talking. The tuning nob is easy to use & practical. Volume nob easy to work & instant. 3 position band switch very simple to work. Plays on 2 AAA batteries. Easy. Reception is better than i expected & the small telescoping aerial works well. Decent I see no problems with it
Good product and it does what I want. It picks up the weather band good enough. Sometimes a little scratchy but I expect that - but using it inside a totally brick and masonry constructed building, one would expect you may have some issues with reception. But using it outside seems to function just fine. Bought for Ft. Meyers, FL Mother En-Law for Hurricane Outages
My mother en-law in Ft. Meyers, FL was hit by Ian (Hurricane) and lost all power and communications. After the storm, I sent her this radio given her stash of AAA batteries. Despite commercial power returning, she enjoys using it daily althouth my intent was for emergencies only. It was so well received and small that I bought one for my everyday carry. Without LCD or LEDs, the two NiMH AAA batteries that I use last a very long time. Quality and cost are exceptional. FM, AM, and weather stations received have surprisingly good selectivity and sensitivity. Good little radio

Nice Little Radio
