Works, but buy the right kind and follow instructions
I bought it for moderate athlete's foot on both feet. It took a few weeks to take effect, and that was with carefully following directions, e.g. washing your feet, applying the cream religiously, keeping your feet dry, etc. I guess if you don't do all this, even a little bit of fungus can stay alive and reproduce.
