Great little Pizzelle maker!
I purchased this Pizzelle maker and was very happy and satisfied with the iron. I Loved Pizzelle so much that I bought another one used (villa ware) and found that it made thinner and larger diameter Pizelle. I like both machines for what each creates. This machine make nice small sort of thicker ones (great for cannelloni) and the other for thin authentic Pizzelle.

Easy to use pizzelle maker.
I used a 65+ year old family recipe (I don’t know how old the recipe is but I used it in 1964 for the first time) and the cookies came out perfect. All I had to do was to drop a spoonful of the batter onto the plate, close the lid, wait one minute, open the lid and take out the cookie. Each cookie was perfect, no burning and clean-up consisted of wiping the plates with a damp cloth. How much easier can it get?
