It fell apart first use.
Was working ok until it broke. She was pulling the zipper closed on her dress ok, but once she got to the tuff spot in the zipper where there is a second layer of fabric sewn in the zipper gets a little harder to pull so you have to pull a little harder. Thats when the thing came apart. I bought her another type that looks like a long lanyard with a clothes pin on the end to grab the zipper and that one works great. I cannot recommend this one.

Works like a champ
This zipper pull makes like a lot easier when there is no one around to either pull up or pull down a back zipper on a dress and you are not quite a contortionist. Good quality, easy to use and so glad I bought it.
