Simply, this is the greatest human survival story ever told. It is a documentary told by some of the actual survivors of the event. This is not an unwatchable story of cannibalism. That is not what the story is about. It is a story of the incredibly strong "will to live" that we all have within. Fortunately, most of us will never have to find out how strong the survival instinct is. As implied in the story ALL of us would have done the same thing. Keep that in mind, and enjoy this amazing story...
This is an extraordinary documentary , excellent dramatization and production. I saw the movie so this documentary really helps putting it all together and understand more and better there situation. The interviews with the survivors and mountaineers, physicians, and experts giving their opinions on this is exceptional. Would very highly recommend this to anyone- it does not disappoint. It is an amazing account of one of the most amazing survival stories in history.
This is a good more of an actual account of the plane crash and what followed. Interviews with survivors.
I thought this was the older version of it. I saw the movie years ago and have never seen it listed again.
