The NetGear Ax5400 is a great router, but setting it up can be a challenge. I have used multiple Nighthawk pouters and find the phone setup app on the router setup wizzard will fail to complete. You are then left to manually configure the router, which is no problem if you have some experience. I would think this is the reason you see so many Nighthawk routers as refurbished products.
