Phone is mostly is great condition. There were small scuffs on the back of the phone and some discoloration on the back facing camera lens at the top. So I wouldn't exactly call this new (other). But its close. Screen was in excellent condition. Battery had a scratch but seems to be holding charge well. It may just be this phone. I could not make calls successfully. When calls connected there were only electronic chipmunk noises. If texted or called there were no rings, there were no dings, there were no sounds to alert me to a conversation. Apps would freeze.
