Surprisingly high quality for its low cost.
Usually, a stem this inexpensive would have ugly toothpaste welds, and maybe just 2 bolts for the faceplate that clamps the handlebars. This stem has a quality finish with 4 bolts for securing the handlebars. It looks nice on my bike and doesn't look like it only cost $21.
