Disappointed
The first time I used it, the chain kept coming off even though I had tightened it. Believe the chain stretched. More important the chain was dull after only a few minutes of use. I have had experience with gas powered chain saws but nothing like this. I will probably buy a higher quality chain and try it before I give up on this product.

Awesome tool

Love this saw
I am female, nearly 78 and never used a chainsaw before....read the directions, added more oil, and used it to cut down a Rose of Sharon tree, and large branches off a mimosa, and lower branches of an oak tree...my neighbors applauded me🙄😀! This saw is great!!

Disappointing
I tried to cut some logs with this saw and apparently the chain is so dull I couldn't use it. I'm going to have to sharpen it. Very disappointing.
