How about a new wear ring please. ????? I have no reason to make this up. why go through all the trouble.
Your wear ring I purchased has high spots. I tried two impellers and they both hang up on two areas of the ring. I tried everything I know to make it work and it would not. The spots were so high that the impeller tried to shave them off like it were a lave. I could spin the impeller with the removal tool and a wrench, however the starter on the motor did not have enough torque to turn the engine and the jet pump with a new battery and plugs out of engine. Sea Doo 140mm Wear Ring
This wear ring fit perfectly. I resorted to watching a YouTube video for instructions on how to remove the old wear ring and properly install this one. As far as installation, it went in, in no time.
