This kit is designed for use on multiple models of the Polaris Hurricane personal watercraft. It includes all of the seals and gaskets that are needed for a total rebuild project. This part has tight specifications in order to ensure a proper fit. The kit also works on Kawasaki personal watercraft vehicles of various models from years 1994 through 2004.

    Nice product, had everything needed.

    Only issue is I wish they had said it didn't include accelerator pump components. Pump tested SAT, so I installed the kit and mounted carbs. Make sure to index carb stack to intake before tightening down gang bars!

    Word of caution

    The rebuild kit is awesome. But, do not use the supplied float spring. (It’s stiffer than the original) Re-use the old spring. My ski ran lean, which caused the engine to run away, unplugging the spark plug boots had no effect. Luckily the ski is stock and it still had the mechanical oil pump!! I did also have the hose on to cool!

    Cheap knockoff

    Diaphrams were decent but all of the rubber seals were horrible quality. Luckily my seals were still good amd inward able to reuse them. Spend the extra on an OEM one

    Arrived early and was exactly what I needed tore down carbs and cleaned them up put this kit in and put carbs back together and on the jetski turned over and and ran which wasn't running before so would definitely recommend this kit if anyone is having problems with their jetski carbs.
