It was very annoying at first... but i then received a good result...
I buy this for my little brother as his bday gift. We have tmobile plans, and thought that since it is unlocked it will be easy to use. My brother told me that he is having an issues for couple days. Cannot get the signal bars and no internet can be use when he is not at home using Wifi. Told him to factory reset the phone and still having the same issues. I email the seller, tell him about the problem. Seller said that Tmobile is CDMA not GSM, this uncloked phone is only compatible with GSM only. My brother decided to go to tmobile store to get it work. The rep. can get it fixed and now it can be properly use. Rep also said " at&t and tmobile have similar system, so it was easy to resolve the issue". However, since it is fixed thats mean Tmobile is GSM not CDMA.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good size, great features, average battery.
Perfect fit for those who want a good-sized screen, but still be able to operate it mostly with one hand. Very sturdy and polished design. Love the universal remote and FM radio capabilities, and the forward-facing speakers are awesome as always. The battery life is decent, but not the primary selling point. Yes it will last for 16+ hours, but only if you're not constantly using your phone. Excellent phone that looks great
Returned a HTC v10 and got this. Phone feels great in your hand and it's fast. I prefer the back camera of LG phones such as G4 and v10 but the front camera of the M9 is better. Hidden gem in a sea of smartphones
The HTC M9 was released almost 2 years ago, but it is still a very nice and unique alternative even compared to some of the new phones. It performs well and has a good battery life. I love HTC
I just love HTC! Wish I knew how to program all settings properly for my account is with t-mobile and it keeps on trying to use the pre-installed AT&T apps and settings. That is giving me some trouble to send/get text messages with attachments to use internet when not over wifi. Great phone - Short battery life

Just what I was looking for.
